Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psycho-social assessments to evaluate and understand clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans that reflect the client’s changing status and conditions, modifying these plans as necessary.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, ensuring interventions are tailored to individual circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and community advocates, to devise effective discharge plans that facilitate continuity of care.

• Educate and empower clients and their families about available community resources, support groups, and other services that can enhance well-being.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, adhering to the standards set forth by the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and provide ongoing support and counseling as needed, employing various therapeutic modalities.

• Document patient encounters accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse client populations, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will work closely with both adults and adolescents, ensuring every individual's unique situation is understood and addressed with respect and empathy. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, obtained from an accredited institution.

• Current State Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or a licensed Psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and dedication to mental health care. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
