Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a thorough understanding of clients' mental health concerns.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities appropriate for client goals.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set and track therapeutic goals, ensuring continuous progress towards mental health and personal growth.

• Offer flexible teletherapy sessions for clients preferring remote engagement or who face accessibility barriers, ensuring high-quality care regardless of location.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, using designated electronic health record systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to refine your clinical skills and remain abreast of the latest developments in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possession of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of creating a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Strong empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills needed to effectively manage a caseload while handling administrative responsibilities.
