Cypress HCM is seeking a Business Process Manager to standardize, document, measure, and improve lifecycle marketing operations across global teams. You will partner with marketing stakeholders to transform undocumented workflows into scalable, repeatable processes while establishing operational benchmarks that improve efficiency and visibility.
