Project Accountant
Enjoy fast-paced environment using your strong analytical skills and passion for numbers! Assist friendly Engineering team with managing the financial side of multiple projects, ensuring accurate billing, budgeting, reporting, and expense tracking from project start to completion.
- Manage project billing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Track project costs, budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
- Prepare invoices, financial reports, budgets, and month-end/year-end analyses.
- Review timesheets, process daily transactions, and maintain project financial records.
- Collaborate with project managers on billing, budgets, and project financials.
- Monitor project variances, identify additional billing opportunities, and support internal/external audits.
- Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and ensure accurate financial data entry.
