This position ensures the dining room is impeccably maintained, tables are promptly cleared and reset, and service flows seamlessly to uphold the highest standards of hospitality, elegance, and efficiency.Clear and reset tables promptly and discreetly between guests, maintaining a pristine dining environmentAssist servers and captains to ensure smooth and efficient service during all meal periodsRefill water, bread, and other table items as directedMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areasProperly handle and polish china, glassware, and silverware, including Ginori porcelainSupport opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and sanitationFollow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with NYC regulationsAnticipate guest and team needs in a fast-paced, high-end service environmentPrevious restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, luxury or fine dining a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentationAbility to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalismExcellent teamwork and communication skillsFlexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail hoursAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsOpportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment at a company experiencing growth and transformationExposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities across the largest multi-brand luxury retailer from retail to distribution, to digital or corporateThe hourly range for this position is $17/hr.
