Restaurant ServerResponsibilities for Restaurant Server:- Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive- Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members- Serve food and beverages- Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses- Collect payment from customers in a timely manner- Assist in training new employees as required- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable dining experienceRequirements:- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Good attitude toward teamwork- Strong work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative- Confident, outgoing demeanor- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends- Ability to be mobile for a minimum of 4 hours, bend, stoop and lift a moderate weight- Be of legal age to serve alcohol (At least 18 years of age)
