Join our team as an Advance Planning Funeral Director , where you will educate and support families in planning ahead for their end-of-life needs. This role combines relationship-building with a mission-driven purpose—helping families find peace of mind through pre-arranged services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre-need funeral and cemetery options.
• Conduct in-home or in-office presentations, community seminars, and follow-up appointments.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the community and with referral partners.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
• Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during planning conversations.

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts Funeral Director License
• Rhoad Island Funeral Director License
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (if required by state).
• Comfortable with in-person and phone-based sales presentations.
• High school diploma required

• In Person: N. Attleboro & Norwood MA and Pawtucket, RI

Work Hours/Days:

• Full-time

Pay Structure :

• W2 with Benefits
• Bonus based on quota attainment
