Client is open to straight public candidates Responsibilities Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, month‑end close, and financial reporting Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures Partner with leadership to provide financial analysis and business insights Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies Mentor and develop accounting staff while building a high‑performing team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred; Prior public preferred 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience managing the full accounting cycle Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment Desire to grow professionally and assume increasing levels of responsibility Why This Opportunity?
