Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, leveraging evidence-based strategies to create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions that incorporate varied therapeutic modalities aimed at enhancing personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and systematically monitor their progress throughout treatment.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who may have mobility issues or who prefer the convenience of remote sessions, maintaining the same level of effectiveness as in-person therapy.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards by meticulously documenting client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and remain abreast of the latest developments in therapy techniques and mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily revolve around adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will be expected to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique cultural needs of a diverse clientele, providing compassionate care that fosters trust and promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington or eligibility for licensure.

• Demonstrated experience working with culturally diverse populations is essential for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient settings, particularly providing teletherapy, is highly valued.

• Familiarity with specific evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy will be beneficial.

• Previous experience or interest in working with pediatric populations and developmental issues is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
