Liquor Clerk

Location: Cub Liquor - Plymouth New Location. Reports to: Liquor Store Manager. Classification: Part Time Non-Union. Rate of Pay: Up to $18.00 / hour, based on experience. Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours. Perks: Store Discount, Employee Assistance Programs, Flexible Schedule. Responsibilities Make lasting connections with customers and promote excellent service. Ring up customer purchases accurately, efficiently, and promptly. Problem‑solve customer questions and/or concerns, escalating to manager as needed. Fill and rotate cases and displays, which may involve heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep shelves stocked. Maintain a clean and safe store environment. Collaborate with the team on all tasks necessary to support store operations. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and promotes customer service for the entire team. Experience working in a liquor store. Knowledge of wine, beer, and food pairings. Understanding of municipal, state, county, and carding laws. Ability to create displays, fill the cooler, and stock shelves accurately. Motivation to grow career and continue learning. Must be 21 years of age or older. Physical Demands Frequent: Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.; pushing/pulling up to 2000 lbs.; walking, reaching, standing, stooping, squatting, kneeling; repetitive motion such as turning, bending. Occasional: Less than 15% of shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per shift.
