Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing across Koch Trucking’s divisions and fleets. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You’ll work in a structured office environment and be expected to manage high volumes of data efficiently, supporting both internal teams and external customer needs. Employee Classification: Full Time, 40 hours per week Essential Job Functions Scan and index trip documents for billing Generate and audit invoices with a strong focus on accuracy Maintain rate books and fuel surcharge data for customer accounts Monitor invoice runs and prepare documents for mailing Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing disputes Respond to customer calls and emails and provide proof of delivery (POD) Track billing totals and bank deposits; compile daily reports Ensure invoices are emailed or mailed in a timely and accurate manner Will be responsible for Dedicated Accounts Secondary Job Functions Serve as a representative of the Company, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the Koch community, customers and with the public.
