This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in healthcare, research, or medicine who are looking to build valuable clinical experience while contributing to innovative cardiovascular research.Location: Denver, CO Metro Area (Primary office in Golden with travel to Westminster, Longmont, and Louisville offices as needed)Pay Rate: Starting at $22.00/hour, based on relevant experienceEmployment Type: Temporary to hireSchedule: M-F, 8am-5pm, with some flexibility requiredWhy This Role MattersAs a Research Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting cardiovascular clinical trials and helping bring new treatments and technologies to patients. You'll work closely with physicians, study participants, sponsors, and research teams to ensure studies are conducted accurately, ethically, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.What You'll Do• Screen, recruit, and support study participants throughout the clinical trial process• Coordinate study visits, protocol-related procedures, and participant follow-up care• Review and collect data from electronic medical records and study source documents• Complete informed consent processes and explain research protocols in patient-friendly language• Enter and maintain data within electronic data capture systems and study databases• Observe hospital-based procedures and surgeries to support study documentation requirements• Maintain regulatory binders, source documents, and study records in accordance with protocol requirements• Track study metrics and provide regular updates to leadership and research teams• Coordinate sponsor meetings, monitoring visits, site initiation visits, and study close-out activities• Report adverse events and ensure compliance with IRB-approved protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelinesWhat We're Looking For• A current, up-to-date resume• Bachelor's degree required• Clinical experience required; cardiovascular experience strongly preferred• Previous clinical research experience preferred• Understanding of clinical research principles, including GCP, informed consent, HIPAA, and human subject protections• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently across multiple office locations• Experience with electronic medical records and data entry systems preferred• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines• Ability to meet compliance requirementsWhat's In It For You• Gain valuable clinical research experience in a respected cardiovascular practice• Work alongside physicians, healthcare professionals, and industry sponsors• Develop skills in patient interaction, clinical operations, and regulatory compliance• Exposure to cutting-edge cardiovascular research and clinical trials• Opportunity to build experience for future careers in medicine, healthcare, or research• Collaborative team environment with ongoing learning opportunitiesBenefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility)Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:• Medical and Prescription Drug Plans• Dental Plan• Supplemental Life Insurance• Short Term Disability Insurance• 401(k)
