Employment Law Attorney

A premier, mission-driven boutique law firm in Tampa is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner-level Employment Attorney .
What You’ll Do:
- Lead employee mobility disputes (non-competes, non-solicits, NDAs, trade secrets).
- Prosecute high-value claims (wrongful termination, retaliation, unpaid wages).
- Handle core litigation , including evidentiary hearings and trials.
Job Requirements:
- 6+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong track record with evidentiary hearings/trials (injunction experience preferred).
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
- Exceptional academic credentials and a results-oriented mindset.
