• Great opportunity to work for an emerging eco-friendly design company.”What You’ll Own as the Senior Accountant:• Supporting the Controller with day-to-day accounting operations.

• Reconciling monthly American Express statements and receipts.
• Running the Accounts Payable process across 8 entities: enter invoices, manage vendor records, and print checks.
• Overseeing subconsultant ledgers for billing and insurance compliance.
• Preparing impactful journal entries and driving month-end close activities.
• Executing month-end balance sheet reconciliations with a sharp eye for detail.
• Reviewing general ledger accuracy and ensuring accounts are properly vetted.
• Reconciling bank statements to keep cash flow crystal clear.
• Helping prepare weekly payroll with speed and accuracy.
• Delivering insightful Time Analysis reports for ongoing projects.
• Managing and maintaining the fixed asset ledger.
• Diving into ad hoc financial analysis and special projects-you’ll never be bored.What you’ll bring:• Bachelor’s in Accounting (preferred).
• 5 plus years of accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational chops.
• Ability to engage with a close-knit home office style environment.
