Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and therapeutic goals of each client, utilizing a client-centered approach.

• Conduct therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and systemic therapy techniques to address complex mental health issues.

• Provide therapeutic support for a spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, addiction recovery, coping with grief and loss, pain management, and behavioral concerns.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention services, ensuring clients experiencing immediate distress receive the necessary support and resources.

• Engage clients through various communication methods including video calls, phone sessions, and messaging platforms to maintain consistent therapeutic contact.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus on diverse clientele, including individuals from varied socio-economic backgrounds, cultural experiences, and life stages. Target populations include families seeking resolution through couple’s therapy, adolescents addressing behavioral issues, and adults navigating personal conflicts or mental health diagnosis. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the State of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
