PrideStaff is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for a growing, specialized industrial distributor based in Fort Lauderdale. This role demands a highly collaborative leader ready to actively engage in daily warehouse operations. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in optimizing floor logistics, maintaining quality standards, and fostering team development within a fast-paced, scaling company.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily floor operations, including handling incoming and outgoing orders
- Coordinate and optimize inbound and outbound shipping logistics
- Organize warehouse layout and streamline daily workflows for efficiency
- Oversee precise inventory tracking using WMS software
- Perform visual quality control inspections and ensure accurate product labeling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Monitor compliance standards and safety protocols continuously
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively speak with customers and the team
- Active Forklift and/or Hazmat certifications
- Experience with inventory management software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to attend a mandatory 2-week paid, out-of-state training prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with specialized product quality assurance
- Comfortable with computer technology
- Strong organizational and leadership skills within a small team
- Willingness to participate in continuous skill development workshops
