This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, providing you with the opportunity to deliver therapy services from the comfort of your own home while reaching clients in the Spokane area. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine the psychological and emotional needs of children and adolescents.

• Provide crisis intervention and mental health support in emergency situations involving your clients.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges. You will engage with young clients dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorders, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders. Your empathetic and child-centered approach will be crucial in building rapport, establishing trust, and fostering a safe therapeutic environment for both clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practices.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and family therapy to younger clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a compassionate and child-focused approach.

• Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications.

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong capacity for collaborative work in multidisciplinary settings.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting is required, with additional experience in child-specific mental health services being highly desirable. Familiarity with specific therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
