Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients and formulate tailored treatment plans based on individual goals and preferences.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring that approaches are customized to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish and track progress towards therapeutic goals, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness and promote healing.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options to facilitate accessibility for clients who may prefer virtual sessions due to outpatient facility limitations or personal preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Vitas Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building trusting relationships with clients and contributing positively to the therapeutic process.
