Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks for daily accounting functions and financial record management.
- Process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions accurately and timely.
- Generate and maintain aging reports, invoices, cash receipts reports, and other accounting documentation.
- Perform statement reconciliations and assist with month-end accounting activities.
- Utilize Excel to manage financial data, reporting, and tracking.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with office operations.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of AR/AP processes, invoicing, cash receipts, aging reports, and reconciliations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills for handling phone and email correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
