Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

Working remotely on an evening shift schedule, the Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will engage with pre-qualified leads from motivated homebuyers, consult on loan options, and close loans quickly using advanced technology while building long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities Engage with warm transfer leads and consult with borrowers to present loan options Utilize state-of-the-art technology to qualify and close loans efficiently Collaborate with in-house processors and underwriters to ensure fast closings and meet sales goals Required qualifications 1+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment Active NMLS license and a minimum of 5 active state licenses Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and loan structuring Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales High-speed internet connection with specific minimum speed requirements for remote work
