Part-Time Office Secretary
Company: CNB
CNB is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Secretary to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, has strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple tasks in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain office files and records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks
- Process invoices and maintain financial records
- Support payroll preparation and employee documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and staff
Qualifications
- Previous office administration or secretarial experience preferred
- QuickBooks experience required
- Payroll processing experience required
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Schedule
- Part-Time
