We are looking to hire a Shop Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of our team. Our ideal shop manager is someone with a passion for the ocean and outdoor adventure sports. Our dream manager should have a history in management and the passion to make Sealand Adventure Sports great!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design of Sealand Adventure Sports merchandise, marketing and more
- Create forward thinking business plans and concepts
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to ownership
- Perform other tasks (replenish office supplies, manage rentals, pickup, delivery and more.)
Qualifications:
- Have a passion for the outdoors
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
