Business Analyst

Job Description Seeking qualified Business Analyst with Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in IT or Bioinformatics and 60 months of work experience to design, develop and maintain AWS QuickSight dashboards to provide trends and insights on various people metrics such as attendance, attrition, VET/VTO, headcount, gearing ratios using large datasets from AWS Redshift, Amazon Aurora and PostgreSQL cluster. The analyst will compare newly launch site people metrics vs legacy sites. Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional teams and leaders to improve project intake system and use agile methodologies. Participate in scrums. Maintain and test dashboards as and when required. Gather business requirements. Occasional travel to unanticipated client‑site locations within the USA may be required. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in IT or Bioinformatics. 60 months of work experience. Strong experience with AWS QuickSight, AWS Redshift, Amazon Aurora, and PostgreSQL. Knowledge of people metrics such as attendance, attrition, VET/VTO, headcount, and gearing ratios.
