As an Outpatient Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work in a state-of-the-art outpatient office located in Fresno, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs, incorporating subjective and objective assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practices.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to aid patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions and the role of physical therapy in their recovery journey.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment sessions, and progress in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies for improved outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and support to interns and less experienced staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
