Our facility boasts a state-of-the-art 5000 square foot sports medicine setting that is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology and a welcoming atmosphere conducive to healing. Our team currently consists of two experienced physical therapists and a dedicated physical therapist assistant (PTA), all committed to excellence in patient-centered care.

Work Environment

The position requires you to work onsite at our outpatient office, where you will collaborate closely with other health professionals in a dynamic and engaging setting. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. As we predominantly serve clients with private medical insurance, you will have the opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic care without the constraints often associated with volume-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient objectives and needs, ensuring a personalized approach to their therapy plans.
• Maintain an efficient patient load of one-on-one sessions, allowing you to dedicate ample time and attention to each individual.
• Implement a range of cost-effective therapy techniques designed to enhance clients' mobility, flexibility, and strength.
• Promote non-invasive treatment options, minimizing dependency on medications through natural interventions.
• Create detailed and customized treatment plans utilizing techniques such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Design comprehensive wellness programs that meet each patient's unique fitness and rehabilitation objectives.
• Provide evidence-based, high-quality care backed by the latest research and treatment strategies.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, encouraging active participation in their recovery process.
• Foster a lifestyle of health and wellness by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid California Physical Therapist license without any record of disciplinary actions.

• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, including familiarity with systems like WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
