Serving primarily patients with private medical insurance, our clinic ensures that every individual receives tailored care to meet their unique needs, guided by the latest research and methodologies.

Work Environment

You will be working onsite in our expansive clinic environment with a collaborative team comprised of two other physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to efficiently identify and address patients' physical objectives and needs.
• Manage individual patient caseloads with an emphasis on quality care, seeing one patient per hour to provide focused treatment.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic physical therapy to develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate a range of treatment techniques.
• Implement evidence-based interventions designed to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
• Analyze and document treatment outcomes while actively monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Incorporate manual therapy techniques and personalized exercise protocols aimed at maximizing patient recovery and enhancing physical function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Encourage patient motivation and engagement throughout the treatment process while advocating for a healthier lifestyle that enhances strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and team members regarding treatment plans and patient progress.
• Thoroughly document all patient care services provided utilizing WebPT electronic medical record (EMR) software.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license as a Physical Therapist in California, maintaining a clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and exceptional competence in creating and executing individualized exercise protocols.
• Proficiency in using WebPT EMR software for efficient patient management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in working with diverse patient populations, providing tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in developing and implementing wellness programs would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
