Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with various musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions to determine their specific needs and therapy goals.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities appropriate for the individual patient.
• Implement home exercise programs and educate patients about injury prevention strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, utilizing electronic health record systems in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California or eligibility to obtain licensure by the start date.

Compensation and Benefits
