Work Environment

This position is located in our spacious outpatient office in Fresno, CA. The clinic operates in a dynamic yet supportive atmosphere, ensuring that our staff can focus exclusively on patient care without the distractions often seen in other settings. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand the specific goals and needs of each patient, developing personalized treatment plans to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one individual per hour to ensure focused and high-quality care.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to improve mobility and reduce pain for patients.
• Create and implement effective, individualized exercise routines that address the unique requirements of each patient.
• Minimize reliance on pharmaceuticals by exploring and recommending non-surgical alternatives through a multifaceted treatment strategy.
• Document all services provided meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Cooperate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to promote comprehensive patient care and improve rehabilitation outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of physical therapy principles.
• You must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in Fresno, CA, free of any board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills are essential, along with the ability to develop effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT is required, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient workflow.

Compensation and Benefits
