Work Environment

This position is an onsite role at our state-of-the-art facility in Fresno, which fosters a team-based approach among our staff. You will collaborate closely with two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA) within a supportive work culture focused on continuous learning and improvement. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent work schedule free from weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique goals and needs.
• Effectively manage a patient load of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring that each session is productive and focused.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to design cost-effective treatment programs aimed at enhancing motion and mobility.
• Implement manual therapy techniques and exercise rehabilitation strategies to reduce reliance on medications and surgery.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to care plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Document comprehensive patient care services accurately using EMR software such as WebPT, maintaining up-to-date records for compliance and continuity of care.
• Foster a motivational environment that encourages patients to achieve optimum results during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to deliver a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Educate patients on wellness and fitness, empowering them to lead healthier lifestyles through improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active California Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficient in therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR Software such as WebPT is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex patient cases successfully.
• Experience in creating and implementing fitness and wellness programs tailored to patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan options.
