Work Environment

The selected candidate will work onsite in our Fresno facility, collaborating closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Utilize appropriate assistive devices and equipment to enhance treatment outcomes and ensure patient safety.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and strategies as needed to optimize recovery.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding at-home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals to ensure continuity of care, providing directions and support as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, contributing to mentorship programs and leading educational sessions.
• Engage in quality assurance initiatives to uphold and enhance therapeutic standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from various orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist with Twin Mountain, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall functional ability, fostering a strong therapeutic relationship that drives clinical success.

Qualifications

• A valid physical therapy license in good standing.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; candidates with a Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy who graduated after 2002 are encouraged to apply.
• Experience assessing and treating a varied patient demographic either via traditional means or through remote modalities.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, focusing on patient-centered care.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
