Work Environment

This position is located in a dynamic rehabilitation facility that emphasizes collaborative care and innovative treatment approaches. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and fulfill the individualized goals and needs of each patient, designing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour, allowing for thorough evaluation and treatment.
• Provide cost-effective therapy solutions, prioritizing non-surgical treatment alternatives to enhance patients' mobility and overall functionality.
• Develop and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs to cater to specific patient goals and health conditions.
• Utilize a variety of intervention techniques and evidence-based practices to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Document services provided meticulously in accordance with facility protocols, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication among team members.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effects, monitor progress, and adapt plans as necessary to reflect patients' evolving needs.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and comprehensive treatment.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journeys, fostering a positive and engaging therapeutic relationship.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle among patients by enhancing their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• No disciplinary or board actions have been recorded against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and the ability to develop effective exercise routines.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient care settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in employing effective treatment methodologies.
• A proven track record of motivating patients and achieving positive treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
