Work Environment

As part of our onsite rehabilitation facility, you will benefit from a clinically rich environment designed for hands-on learning and professional growth. Our facility boasts state-of-the-art equipment and a well-structured workflow that allows you to focus on providing exceptional care to your patients. Your working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring you have a consistent schedule to maintain work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy interventions in one-on-one sessions tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' conditions, and formulate comprehensive treatment plans that address orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, and neurologic rehabilitation needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, chiropractors, and support staff, to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, empowering them with strategies and exercises to support ongoing recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Remain current in your practice through continuous professional development opportunities, ensuring you are knowledgeable about the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve range from post-operative rehabilitation cases to athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, as well as individuals managing chronic conditions affecting their mobility. Your role will be pivotal in helping these patients regain function and enhance their quality of life through personalized physical therapy interventions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active California Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain it.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to engage with patients empathetically while maintaining clarity in conveying clinical information.
• A proactive approach to teamwork and a genuine commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation, is preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic and sports rehabilitation is an advantage, although all candidates are encouraged to apply.
