Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify limitations stemming from musculoskeletal issues, assessing their needs and capabilities.
• Design individualized treatment plans that align with patients' specific goals, utilizing modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other relevant interventions.
• Implement manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue mobilization and joint mobilizations, to alleviate pain and enhance the range of motion.
• Guide patients through targeted exercise programs aimed at building strength, improving flexibility, and promoting coordination.
• Carefully document all patient interactions, including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.
• Remain proactive in incorporating feedback from patients to adjust treatment strategies and improve care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The position focuses primarily on treating patients dealing with a variety of conditions such as orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recoveries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist License in the State of California is required.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) is necessary for practice.

Compensation and Benefits
