Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full-Time (Onsite) in Fresno, CA

We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Pardise Mind Physical Therapy & Wellness Center. Our state-of-the-art, 5,000 square-foot facility specializes in orthopedic outpatient care and is equipped with the latest technology in sports medicine. We take pride in offering a supportive and collaborative work environment, with a committed team of three physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA) focused on delivering exceptional patient care to individuals primarily covered by private medical insurance.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires you to work onsite in our well-designed clinic that fosters a conducive atmosphere for healing and recovery. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their physical needs, challenges, and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide individual patient care by efficiently managing a patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and personalized treatment.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to meet diverse patient needs and improve their functional abilities.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities and rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to enhance their mobility and overall physical capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes, including consulting with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Document all services and treatments provided in a clear and thorough manner, maintaining accurate patient records and progress notes using EMR software like WebPT.
• Develop fitness and wellness regimes that promote a healthy lifestyle focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed based on patient feedback and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Pardise Mind, you will primarily work with patients seeking orthopedic rehabilitation. Our clients commonly present with sports injuries, post-surgical needs, chronic pain conditions, and mobility limitations. You will be instrumental in ensuring they receive personalized and evidence-based care aimed at restoring their functions and achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California is required.
• A clean record with no board actions or disciplinary measures against your licensing.
• Demonstrated competency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Proficiency in updating electronic medical records using EMR software platforms like WebPT.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying abreast of the latest treatment methodologies in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop and lead structured exercise programs tailored to patient-specific needs and rehabilitation efforts.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of electronic documentation and telehealth services is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
