Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each patient's goals, concerns, and specific needs.
• Manage an individual patient caseload, typically one patient per hour, to ensure personalized attention.
• Implement cost-effective physical therapy treatments aimed at improving clients' range of motion and mobility.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans incorporating manual therapy and tailored exercise programs.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, aiming to reduce reliance on medications through physical therapy interventions.
• Monitor and document each patient's progress, evaluating treatment outcomes and adjusting care as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient care documentation in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative patients, and those seeking rehabilitation for chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will significantly enhance their recovery journey, guiding them towards regaining functionality and independence.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a valid state license as a Physical Therapist and maintain an impeccable professional record.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with exercise protocol development.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) software; experience with WebPT is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications.
