Leading strategic philanthropic initiatives, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Philanthropy will develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage donor relationships, and enhance organizational visibility in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals Manage relationships with key donors and stakeholders to ensure sustained support Enhance the organization's visibility through strategic partnerships and outreach efforts Required qualifications Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising and strategic philanthropy Strong background in donor relations and engagement strategies Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful fundraising campaigns Experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
