This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility that accommodates both therapists and clients. However, we also operate an outpatient office in Boca Raton, creating options for in-person interactions. We prioritize flexible scheduling to ensure our services are available when clients need them most, including evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct extensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring personalized therapy plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the needs of each client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that establish clear therapeutic goals and interventions aligned with clients' needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide holistic support for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, fostering transparency and accountability within the treatment process.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance the therapeutic experience and provide support within a community context.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
