Overview Ready to lead an elite wealth planning team at one of Boston's most respected private wealth management firms? We are seeking an experienced Manager of Wealth Planning to oversee a high-performing team while delivering sophisticated planning strategies for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Responsibilities Oversee a high-performing wealth planning team. Deliver sophisticated planning strategies for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Collaborate with senior investment professionals to design customized wealth plans. Mentor advisors and help drive exceptional client outcomes in a highly collaborative environment. Qualifications 15+ years of experience advising complex, ultra-high-net-worth clients and a proven track record of managing and developing teams. Hold a CFP, CPA, or JD. Deep expertise in comprehensive wealth planning and experience with leading financial planning tools. Compensation This position offers a highly competitive compensation package of $200,000-$225,000 plus bonus, along with the opportunity to make a significant impact at a premier investment firm.
