The campus provides independent living, assisted living, memory care, long term care and the largest Transitional Care Unit in the state.The Physical Therapist Assistant, with minimal supervision, is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing physical therapy services in accordance with the standards and practices of physical therapy, state, federal, and Minnesota Masonic Home's policies and procedures. The Assistant assures that the highest degree of quality resident care, customer service, fiscal responsibility and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times. Must be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to residents, family members, visitors, and fellow employees at all times.Qualifications:Graduate of an American Physical Therapy (APTA) accredited program for Physical Therapist Assistant. Experience in adult acute and long-term care facility desired, but not required. Ability to incorporate all aspects of physical therapy in total resident care.
