divh2HR Accountant/h2pThis role will operate as a Liaison for the Accounting team, as well as the organization as a whole. The HR Accountant will manage the onboarding process for new employees, while having a pulse of all aspects of the accounting team. The HR Accountant will provide support to the Team, ensure KPI compliance, and assist with all onboarding and HR responsibilities. The HR Accountant will assist the accounting team with AR, PR, Collections, and recording/documenting, as well as perform typical HR tasks./ppBasic Requirements:/pulliAssociates Degree or Trade School diploma in Accounting preferred but not required/liliExperience with QuickBooks software highly desired/liliProfessional acumen/liliExcellent administrative and process skills/liliAdvanced Excel knowledge and ability to create and review complex spreadsheets/liliIntermediate level working knowledge with Microsoft Word/liliAble to work to meet deadlines independently with changing priorities/liliPays close attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills/liliConstruction accounting familiarity is helpful/liliKey Skills/liliHighly Organized/liliAccuracy/liliAbility to multi-task and prioritize/liliHigh level Communicator/li/ulpEvaluated On:/pulliAccuracy and attention to detail/liliEfficiency/liliHitting quarterly goals/liliPeer review/liliVision, Mission, Values, and Serving Basics/li/ulpOverall Duties Include:/pulliEnsure compliance regarding HR policies and procedures/liliManage onboarding process including ordering background checks, paperwork completion and benefits administration/liliAnswer HR questions and field others to the appropriate party/liliMaintaining new and existing Vendor Compliance documentation/liliJob Closings/liliRecording credit card receipts in QuickBooks via Expensify/liliRecording bills and invoices in QuickBooks and RMS as an Accounts Payable Function/liliPreparing 1099s/liliRecording customer deposits, applications collections/li/ulpHours:/pulliFull time Monday through Friday 8:00am 5:00pm and based at Paul Davis office (flexible to work earlier or later shift between 7:00am-6:00pm)./li/ulpCompensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year/ppSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
