Launch Your Construction Career What You’ll Do: Assist with safety coordination, subcontractor oversight, and site logistics. Help resolve design issues and track RFIs, permits, and jobsite documentation. Coordinate material deliveries and support layout and measurements. Contribute to job site meetings and daily operations. What You Bring: High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Construction Management preferred). 6+ months of field commercial construction or internship experience. Strong math, communication, and computer skills. Willingness to travel daily to various job sites and work flexible hours. Level 2 requires prior Field Engineer experience and the ability to lead small teams.
