Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intakes and detailed assessments of clients seeking services, ensuring a thorough understanding of their presenting issues and mental health history.

• Engage in brief therapeutic sessions with clients, providing effective interventions tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Perform crisis evaluations and phone triage, offering immediate support and guidance to patients experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and the current standards of care.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record system, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.
\n
• Refer clients to additional services when necessary, including specialized treatment for severe mental health issues beyond your scope of practice.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and safety programs, including potential involvement in emergency response situations to ensure client and team safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will have direct and meaningful impact on a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. You will engage with individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds and with varying socioeconomic statuses, creating a tailored therapeutic experience in line with each client's unique needs and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
\n
• An active license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is mandatory to practice in Pennsylvania.

• Ideally 3-4 years of experience delivering therapy to couples and families, along with an understanding of systemic approaches to treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar environment, working with a multi-disciplinary team.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple case demands and timelines effectively.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, enabling you to maintain comprehensive records and treatment histories for all clients.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
