In-Home Sales Representative
Bath Planet of Inland Empire
Location: Inland Empire, CA
Compensation: $90,000 – $150,000 annually (commission-based)
Bath Planet of Inland Empire is redefining bath remodeling by delivering stylish, cost-effective, and low-maintenance solutions for homeowners. We specialize in high-quality acrylic bath and shower systems, including accessibility-focused options designed to improve comfort and functionality.

Position OverviewThis is a full-time, outside sales role where you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present personalized bath remodeling solutions.
We provide the leads—you focus on what you do best: closing deals and helping customers transform their homes . Our proven sales system and training program are designed to set you up for success from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver in-home sales presentations using an iPad and company tools
- Design customized bath solutions using proprietary software
- Present pricing options and close sales during appointments
- Follow a proven sales process to maximize performance
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident presentation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and outgoing demeanor
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
- Expected annual earnings: $90,000 – $150,000
- Commission-based compensation (earnings not guaranteed and based on individual performance)
- Top performers may exceed the stated earnings range
- Pre-qualified leads provided ( no cold calling )
- Comprehensive training program (from start to close)
- Strong lead flow with scheduled, pre-qualified appointments
