About the Role

Our CNC Operators are responsible for inputting commands and monitoring the process needed for computer-controlled saws to manufacture the foam. We utilize multiple saw types, including CNC saws. This is considered “light” manufacturing and we will provide training.

What You’ll Do

• Cutting foam with accuracy and in the correct quantity.
• Drawing patterns and marking foam as directed.
• Organizing cut materials in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Lifting and moving materials with proper techniques.
• Observing all safety rules and regulations.

What You Bring

• A positive attitude towards their coworkers and job.
• Ability to interpret dimensions and perform quick, basic math tasks while focusing on safety
• Ability to understand and follow all company policies and regulations
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Prior CNC experience preferred but not required

• Pay starts at $15 an hour but prior experience will be considered
