Maintenance Technician

Overview The 2nd shift Maintenance Technician plays a key part in supporting operations through expert troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical systems and automated equipment and ensuring the reliability and performance of production systems, working closely with management, maintenance teams, and OEM technical support. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems with minimal supervision Support installation and startup of new equipment Perform preventive maintenance on automated material handling systems Work with Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and 480V electrical systems Interpret technical documents including blueprints, schematics, and manuals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment uptime and safety Follow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout, and GMPs Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 8+ years of industrial electrical experience 3+ years of PLC programming experience (RSLogix 500, Studio 5000) Proficient with FactoryTalk View Studio, VFDs, HMIs, analog sensors, and 480V systems Strong skills in electrical control wiring and panel assembly Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed Salary Range: $30hr-$40hr Benefits Bonus Offered Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance 401(k) offering Paid sick leave where applicable by state law (40 hours) Company Information LHH is a leader in permanent recruitment—and in the placement of top talent.
