Fund Finance VP

A New York-based multi-strategy alternative asset manager is seeking a VP of Fund Finance to join its growing team. This is a high-impact, hands‑on role sitting at the intersection of fund accounting, operations, and investor reporting, with direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful involvement across all of the firm's investment vehicles. Key Responsibilities Own core fund finance functions including fund accounting, operations, treasury, and LP reporting Manage the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle; review and coordinate deliverables from third‑party fund administrators to ensure accuracy and consistency across vehicles Support capital call and distribution processes, bank covenant reporting, and liquidity planning Partner cross‑functionally with FP&A, IR, legal, and investment teams on capital planning, portfolio analytics, and investor diligence Contribute to building scalable reporting tools, templates, and control procedures that support firm growth Mentor and oversee senior associates In‑office 4x/week in NYC Requirements 6+ years of fund finance or fund accounting experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Staffing
