About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Fund Monitoring with a focus on private equity, credit, and real assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading fund monitoring and analysis to provide strategic insights and optimize performance. This role involves delivering investment updates to stakeholders, engaging with fund managers to track macroeconomic trends, and representing the organization at industry events. The VP will also be involved in preparing detailed performance analytics, financial models, and collaborating with governance teams on investment oversight initiatives. Mentoring junior team members and ensuring that all deliverables meet organizational standards are key aspects of the position. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with 8-10+ years of experience in private markets, investment banking, or asset management. Progress toward or completion of CFA or CAIA certification is preferred. The role requires proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation methodologies, as well as exceptional communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders. A deep interest in alternative investments and a working knowledge of private markets are essential. The VP should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, with a willingness to travel up to 15% as necessary.
