Influencer Marketing Manager

Overseeing and scaling the influencer program end-to-end, the full-time remote Influencer Marketing Manager will manage strategy, creator relationships, budget ownership, and campaign performance to build a department from the ground up. Key responsibilities Oversee and scale the influencer program, including strategy, team management, and budget ownership Source, contract, and manage creators across various tiers aligned with the brand's audience and aesthetic Track and report on campaign performance, including ROAS, attributed revenue, and follower growth Required qualifications 3+ years of influencer marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of a program Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend toward revenue and ROAS targets Deep familiarity with creator tiers, platform dynamics, and influencer tools Strong negotiation skills across contracts and affiliate structures Experience in the consumer goods or wellness space
