What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and text to schedule service appointments.
• Educate customers on routine maintenance, repairs, and dealership service offerings.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Work closely with the Service Advisors and Technicians to coordinate scheduling and customer updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Assist in service promotions and marketing initiatives.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission ($40k - $55k)
