Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the back of house team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
- Manage daily kitchen operations ensuring safety and cleanliness standards
- Oversee inventory control and food preparation processes
- Support team members' growth through effective coaching and training
Qualifications & Skills
- Must have a high school degree
- Motivated and dynamic leader with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Work Schedule & Location
